Beautiful views and well-maintained gardens. The tennis courts were a plus for activities. Room cleanliness was great. Thin walls can be bothersome, heard neighbors' conversations all night.

Staying in the loft was a game changer. The spacious bedroom with a king-size bed was a welcome upgrade. The private patio added an extra touch. Staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a warm atmosphere that felt like home. some areas require attention. The door to the bathroom should swing outward for easier access. Heat control was an issue; dust blew from the AC, leaving us uncomfortably warm. Maintenance needs to address cleanliness of the area rugs. Amenities fell short—pool closed, and private events restricted dining options. Communication around shuttle services needs refinement. Exceptional potential, but some execution could improve the experience.

The property is beautiful and just a short ride away from Montauk's lovely beaches and scenic parks, making it perfect for walking around and soaking in the surroundings; I especially enjoyed the close proximity to Montauk Downs State Park and Fort Pond Bay Park for evening strolls. The amenities like the kitchenette in our clean and comfortable room were a plus, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the indoor pool was closed for renovations, which would have been nice for the kids.

The grounds are stunning with vibrant flowers and an amazing view of the water. The outdoor pool is incredibly warm and the new lounge chairs are perfect for sunbathing.
The indoor restaurant is still closed, which is a bummer.

The staff was friendly and helpful with our needs. We loved the indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast was good.

The view from our room was stunning, and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. Found the outdoor tennis courts to be a nice touch. Unfortunately, some amenities were closed, including the indoor pool. Communication regarding the shuttle service was a bit off, leading to confusion on pick-up times.

Montauk Manor offers a beautifully maintained atmosphere with spectacular vistas. The convenience of the complimentary shuttle made exploring local restaurants easy, while the staff provided exceptional service. Despite some dated room furnishings, the overall charm and inviting grounds make this hotel a worthwhile experience.

The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the two bathrooms with showers. Room 327 had a lovely balcony, perfect for a relaxing dinner while admiring the sunset. The heating was efficient, keeping us warm during the chilly weekend. A complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate bunnies added a special touch for Easter. The view from the window was stunning, even in off-season. the stay was comfortable, and I would definitely return.

The location is stunning, with pristine grounds and gorgeous views of the pond. The historic charm is palpable, and we loved the festive decorations. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, but the smell from the Duraflame logs was overwhelming, making it hard to enjoy our stay. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, which added to the disappointment. The kitchenette was understocked, lacking essentials like a can opener. Despite these issues, the ambiance is inviting, with plenty of seating to relax and take in the surroundings. It’s a beautiful place, but attention to detail is needed.

The views were simply stunning; I couldn't get enough of the sunsets! Our suite was spacious, with a cozy loft bedroom and a lovely balcony to enjoy morning coffee. The staff was incredibly sweet, making us feel right at home!

I was really bummed when I found out the restaurant was closed for a private event and the pool was under renovation. I came to relax, but ended up having to leave the property for meals and missed out on the amenities.

My room exceeded all expectations, featuring a private outdoor patio with a magnificent view of the bay that truly impressed me. The on-site restaurant provided a delightful dining experience, adding convenience and a tasty meal right within the accommodation.
Despite the stunning room, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The bedding appeared discolored, and the musty smell in the room was quite off-putting.

Our family enjoyed a few days of well, curated events that brought us all together. The outdoor pool and tennis courts with stunning water views created an ideal learning and bonding environment.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid, friendly dining options.

The kitchen was fully stocked, which was a nice touch even though we didn't get a chance to use it. The staff at the front desk were lovely and very accommodating, and the shuttle service was a great convenience, especially for those arriving by train like we did. The drivers were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, giving us great tips on where to explore. there were a few downsides to our experience. The bathroom fixtures were a bit worn out, with the shower being hard to regulate and not switching properly. It was also a shame that there were no hooks or racks in the room for drying beach items like swimsuits and towels. the onsite restaurant left something to be desired, with our meals not meeting our expectations. The location was a bit awkwardly far from town without a car, but the shuttle did help with getting around. despite these minor flaws, our stay at Manor was pleasant and comfortable. The historical ambiance of the building was charming, and the shuttle service was a lifesaver for us. We hope that these issues can be addressed to further enhance the experience. We would consider staying again, especially looking forward to using the indoor pool once renovations are complete.

From epic events to a delish chow, down in chic vibes , total squad goals. Tennis with epic views had us feeling pro. The outdoor pool was a vibe! Spa sesh and killer Wi, Fi kept us going. a solid choice for a wicked time with the squad.
One thing missing , a bumping nightclub vibe for us party animals.

The view of Fort Pond and the beautiful grounds were stunning. The historical charm and festive decorations added to the cozy atmosphere. The convenient shuttle service, with a friendly and helpful driver, made exploring town easy and enjoyable.
The room was a major letdown. The bedding was uncomfortable and the layout was awkward.

clean and well-kept room with a super view. close to cool places like Gosman's pier and Star Island. shuttle service was awesome - fast and took us everywhere we wanted to go.

We had an incredible time at this charming manor with breathtaking views of the water. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially when they found out it was our anniversary. The romantic setting and peaceful atmosphere made for a truly memorable experience. The on-site facilities such as the fitness center and seasonal outdoor pool were well-maintained, and the rooms were classy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
That some areas of the hotel, particularly the hallways leading to the rooms, felt a bit outdated.

The spa services were so luxurious; I felt like royalty! The lobby was exquisite for cocktails. Sailing with drinks was fun. The sweeping ocean views were breathtaking!
I love signing agreements about no smoking and then being forced to sign another one upon arrival.

we had a studio with one king bed and mini kitchen with stove and dish washer although we didn't use them. also had a balcony with table and chairs. was very comfortable for a 2 night stay. highly recommend staying at the Manor. the outdoor grounds were impeccably manicured, and we loved sitting outside looking at the water. the outside of the building was elegant and quaint. the hot tub and pool were fabulous, and the staff were very kind and attentive.
